Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. Credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Persimmon Golf do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

  1. Take and fulfil customer orders
  2. Administer and enhance the site and service
  3. Provide information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Delivery

Shipping And Handling

Delivery and handling are free in the UK. Shipping charges elsewhere in Europe are £15 including VAT.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days and delivery normally takes between 24 & 48 hours. Please allow approximately 1 week for international delivery.

Back Orders

If the specified clubhead or shaft is not currently available we will create a back order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. Our V.A.T. number is 826 6864 89.

Returns policy

Unused goods

Persimmon Golf is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not satisfied with any club purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund provided you have registered your intention within 7 days from the date you recieved the goods. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage to us. If you choose to return any product it must be properly packaged (preferably in original packing). It is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that the product reaches us undamaged. If you do not pay for the cost of return then we may deduct the cost of retrieving the goods from any refund due to you in respect of the order.

Refunds will be issued within fourteen days from the date we receive the returned goods.

NOTE: Our returns policy under this section is restricted to clubs that conform to our standard specification, and excludes all clubs of a non standard nature, i.e. orders that have been subject to any length adjustment or fitted with a non standard shaft.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will replace them or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please return them to us in their original condition within seven days and we will either replace with the goods you ordered or refund the cost of the goods and carriage.

Damage in transit

Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to Persimmon Golf within seven days of receipt of the goods. Please check the contents immediately upon receipt before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed 'Damaged in transit' and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection.

Returning a product

Please contact us before despatch for an authorised returns number. Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below with the returns number and a covering note explaining what action you would like us to take (e.g. refund or replace).
